The Challenge is on. We reckon we can thrash you in the Tour de Work - a 'friendly' workplace competition to get more people cycling.
To win, businesses need to get the highest number of staff cycling for at least 10 minutes from Monday 5 to Sunday 25 November 2012.
People can ride wherever they feel comfortable and at anytime - on an evening, at the weekend, to work or for leisure. There are lots of great individual and team prizes up for grabs.
It's fun and it's free - are you up for the Challenge? If you think you can win... bring it on!
For more information and to register your workplace go to www.tourdework.com.au
I'd like to challenge you and your work to take part in the Tour de Work. Have you got what it takes to win?
I bet you're a trim, latte drinking, 4x4 driving, Dukan dieting loser! I bet you can't beat us in the Challenge.
Here are some excuses to use when you lose:
"I burnt my mouth while I was drinking my Caramel Macchiato so I couldn't breathe properly while riding my bike."
"I forgot to eat my carbs and didn't have the energy to ride."
Don't even bother going to www.tourdework.com.au to find out about the competition. Don't even think about seeing what you could win by riding a bike for 10 minutes! Even if there are loads of awesome individual and team prizes, even if the Challenge is going to be fun for you and your workmates and even if it's completely free, DO NOT BE TEMPTED!
Just give my team and I the prizes now and let's be done with it.
I wanted to invite you and your work to take part in the Tour de Work - it's a free competition to encourage people to remember the joys and benefits of cycling.
Check out the website for more details, itís well worth a look! It's free to take part and there are loads of great prizes on offer.
