Tour de Work

Girls cycling

The Tour de Work is a free workplace competition to inspire you to discover the freedom and fun of cycling. It's for everyone, whether you already cycle every day or if you haven't been on a bike for years.

The Tour de Work is a chance for you and your workmates to get out on your bikes and enjoy competing against other workplaces in the City of Adelaide. The workplaces and departments that get the highest percentage of staff cycling over the three-week competition will win.

The aim is to recruit as many of your workmates as possible to ride a bike for just 10 minutes or more between Monday 5 and Sunday 25 November 2012 to reach the top of the leader board, claim victory and win prizes! It's based on participation (so numbers of people taking part in your department/organisation and not how far or fast you can cycle), best of luck.

Don't have a bike?

Don't worry - you can borrow one from us at the free 'try-a-bike' events that we're running during November, or borrow a free City Bike.
